IMPERO
A reserve fund for its own token.
The tape
The market's current opinion of a share, read directly from the pool. The fund holds no opinion; it holds WETH.

The fund
Impero holds WETH. That WETH backs every circulating share at a published figure — the backing per share. Trading-fee income flows in automatically; seventy percent reinforces the backing, thirty percent funds the dividend. When the market offers shares below backing, the fund buys them and retires them permanently, which arithmetic obliges to raise the backing of every share that remains. There is no manager to fire, because there is no manager: every parameter is a constant, every operation is public, and the treasury cannot be withdrawn by anyone, including us.
The standing bid
Should the market price a share below its backing less one and one-half percent, the fund buys the share and retires it. The bid does not negotiate, tire, or take holidays.

Backing per share
Every circulating share is backed by WETH held in the treasury. The figure below is not a promise; it is a division.

backing per share over time. it is designed to go one way; the market is under no such obligation.
Shareholder dividend program
Registered shares (staked) participate in periodic distributions, paid in WETH from trading-fee income. Withdrawal is 1:1 at any time. Nothing compounds unless you make it.

Operations desk
The fund has no staff. These levers are public; the scheduler merely pulls them on a timer. Any shareholder may do so by hand. Gas is the only qualification.
order matters if you do all four: collect → bid → dividend → checkpoint (checkpointing closes the price window for 30 minutes).
